How I lost 24 lbs

I just wanted to say I had lost about 24 pounds since I started this website. I believe what I did worked because of various reasons. It wasn't as hard as I thought it was going to be. I DO NOT exercise regularly I probably only did once or twice in that time period which was about 4 months or so.
I made small changes, those included, taking CLA diet pills (worked awesome for me, they are an appetite suppressant), drinking green tea whenever possible instead of coffee (no milk or sugar in the green tea either), switching my regular beer to light beer, also same with pop, if possible I would drink diet instead of regular, but what I think helped the most is, NEVER eating until I was full.
Trust me it sounds really easy but when you are in a bad eating habit its very difficult. I realized doing just these things I went from probably over a 2500 calorie diet to about 1500 in just 4 months, I have reached my goal but now I' m trying to lose an additional 10 lbs. Which by the way is going extremely slow, which apparently from what I have read is always the case. So my plan is to hit the gym really hard for the next couple months to do that. But anyways I hope this helped out people who are having difficulties.

    Thts some really really great advice.. i am trying out CLA but cant really tell if they are helping much.. I m losing those last 6 pounds and have been up and down within their range so i now what ur going through! any pointers for when u lose those would be great!!!

    :drinker: I want to say congratulations on the 24 lbs. Thats great.! I am curious though about the CLA appetite suppressant? What exactly is CLA and also , once you have reached your goal...do you discontinue the suppressant and / or what will you do to manage your appetite then ??
