I really wonder that what are you guys eating in a day to lose weight ?

That would imply that you are not losing weight. But your ticker shows you are losing weight. If you're not losing weight, what are you eating that's causing that?0

check out ppls food diaries:) this may give you an idea...0

check out people's food diaries that are public (I believe mine is)....dont follow my example though from a few weeks back LOL...I wasnt eating well then--and I wasnt losing weight!0

1cup of fiber or bran cereal with 1cup 2% milk.
3 fiber/protien bars
1 healthy choice cafe steamer or similar
cheese sandwich or cottage cheese small portion
all evenly spread out over the entire day
eat every 3 hours
small portions
tons of water
my menu does vary day to day to get proper nutrition, but thats the basics.0 -
two tricks that are helping me.....
1. I don't waste calories on drinks.
2. I try to add a big salad (mixed greens and baby spinach, sprinkle of gargonzola and balsamic dressing) to my plate at lunch and dinner
I still indulge, but not so much. I used to each like a teenaged boy!
