The Changes Start Today

Hey everybody!! So i just started this today and I am so thankful for what it's already done.I can't wait to stick with it and see what happens and see the results. I have always been the 'big girl' in my friend group or in school and I'm sick of it!! I need a change and this website is going to help me do it. I am good at advice and inspiration so if you need anything, just ask. I'm here for everyone!! :)

    Welcome!!! I've lost 20 pounds using this website. I've never been able to lose it before. It does work! Good luck on your journey!
