Assembled Ikea furniture........

......All Day!
Well at least 4-5 hours anyway. 2 Dressers for the kids, 1 shelving unit and a large dresser for the parents room (mine). Damn the swedish and there common sense!! LOL
I missed my strength training, and my elliptical. I Worked pretty hard lifting, maneuvering, hammering, and using the screw driver. I am more tired than any day I work out. Crazy stuff. My feet are killing me. Ha!
Anyway, here is my question. How would I enter this? Right now I am in the red. I was soo hungry all day long. I didnt eat overly crazy, but I am showing several hundred calories over and its driving me nuts. I know I definatley earned those.

I was going to do capentry general but it seemed a little on the high side for calories. I did use the Standing - light/moderate work
at 136 cal/hour and entered in 680 for 5 hours.0
