Got any protein munchie ideas?

hi...I'm on a high protein-low carb diet and I'm doing well. I love the bars and shakes, but I need ideas for foods to snack on. On other diets, popcorn and pretzels were great, but not on this one. please don't say celery or carrots! I hate veggies,thus the reason I am overweight. Growing tired of beef jerky...any ideas? Thanks!

    Well for starters you should not eat any corn or carrot there actually high in carbs.

    Go for

    boiled eggs
    ham
    meat balls
    low cal jelly
    pork krackles
    almonds only 10
    sugar free lollies
    prawns
    mussels
    oydsters
    amaretti biscuits
    chicken wings

    when your hungry go for protein... but only within reason.
  • when i did this i always had those little .75oz of deli meat packets and string cheese available. quick easy snack and yummy! and if you like pickles, those are pretty safe too. also, almonds are good too, but you need to portion them out. they are super easy to over eat!
