does ne one have one of these then add the calories to your exercise?? ive just been shopping and cleaning and it says on my pedometer ive burnt 93 calories ! would it be ok to add this burn to my exercise???

I have one that gives you calories burned. Not really sure how accurate it is though... It wouldn't do any harm to add those calories though0

yeah thats what im worried about how accurate it is, might leave 10 calories of the actual number just incase0

I wouldn't bother adding them. How long were you doing those things to burn 93 cal.? You probably would have burned close to that amount just being alive0

just read on another thread on here that its not worth counting them : L kinda stinks boooo !!0

Here on MFP under cardio they DO have "cleaning"; moderare/light, enter length of time and it gives calories burned. Its all in the movement, that's how you burn calories so why not add it in?0
