My First REAL NSV

Ok, so I've lost 15-16 pounds thus far, and even though my clothes fit better, I haven't really 'felt' like I look any better. This has been a little discouraging.

Last night I was meeting some friends at the rock climbing gym. I was the first one to get there. One of my friends that I hadn't seen in about a month walked in, and said to me "Wow! You look AMAZING! I can't believe the difference. I need to get your trainer's name!"

That made me feel GREAT! Onward and upward!

That's great....We don't always see the changes b/c they are so gradual.....people who haven't seen you in a while will notice the difference...savor the compliments....eventually people who see you more often will also notice the weight loss too...
