ok I am going to be painting my bedroom today but before I do I have to move everythinkg out a wash walls then paint what would you log that as and how may cals do you thiknk it take or is it even somthing you can count

I would count it. Not something that you do every day. Don't know how you will count it. Guess try to figure the amount of time you are doing heavy lifting, painting, etc. It's a guess...that way you can log some calories burned and also have some that will be bonus!0

There is an exercise for moving furniture I believe and I would log the washing the walls as vigorous housework. As for the painting part there is one for carpentry. May be light to moderate. You're gonna burn all kinds of cals!!!!0

thanks everyone thats what I was thinking to but not sure you know you put cleaning for hours then its like what wait a min ok time to get busy to start moving stuff0
