7 Stone To Lose

Hi,

I have 7 stone to lose and I am hoping that there might be a diet buddy out there for me. I,m 37 years old and have 3 children. I have been diagnosed with fibromyglia and systemic lupus. Anyone that can encourages and help me in anyway would deeply be appreciated.

    When I started I had about 6.5 stone to lose. I am now close to 2 stone gone. So, 4.5 to go is starting to seem more doable. You have come to the right place!
