Why are there so many different egg bits? What one are you using? I usually have two egg whites and one whole egg for breakfast. Anyone know which one is correct???


Cal Carbs Fat Protein
Egg - Egg White-Scrambled, 1 egg white 47 1 0 10
Cooked Egg White, 1 egg whites 9 0 0 2
4 Scrambled Egg Whites (0.25 serving) 18 1 0 4
Egg - Hard Boiled, 1 egg 70 1 5 6
Egg - over easy, 1 piece 76 0 0 0
Eggs - Scrambled (whole egg), 1 large 101 1 7 7
Egg - Deviled, 1 egg 64 0 5 3

    I noticed that anytime an egg on here is listed as "fried" or "scrambled" there are amounts added in for oil used to fry it in. I don't even eat JUST egg white but I know thta 1 whole large egg, nothing added, has 70 calories. I also know that most of those calories come from the yolk. sorry can't be more help :laugh:
