Mid 20s Group- Busy College, Work, social life and boyfriend

Do you meet one or all of these? Lets start a group for us. Frequent Check ins, accountability and new friends :)

Weekly weigh ins are always good, but its hard to get a whole group on one day. So lets just try to each check in once a week :)

I'm gonna set a goal to drink 8 glasses of water a day. Hopefully this will cut out my other beverages like soda, lemonade and things with excessive sugar and caffeine. One step at a time!
