This weekend, no actually I started Thursday, eatting really bad. It all started with a McDonald's value meal. Then I drank diet coke, and after that, I could not satisfy my cravings. I would eat a little of this, a little of that, a lot of this and a lot of that. But, finally I have come back to the reality that I have a BIG LOSER competition to win. It is one we are doing at our local gym. Money is the grand prize. So, now it is time to get back on track and WIN It. I am like in 15th place out of 80:grumble: I need to get to it!

You know, I quit drinking diet soda on January 12, and without trying any harder than I ever have I've lost weight consistently, and pretty fast, too. Because I don't have the sugar cravings I used to have. I would say it's the aspartame, but some of the yogurt I eat has it and I still don't get the cravings. And I have Splenda every day in my coffee. I am chalking it all up to diet soda makes me nuts for sugar, and that's enough to keep me away from it.
) Oh, and btw, I had a sip of my husband's diet pepsi (my FAVORITE)this weekend and I thought it tasted GROSS. So weird!
