Value of Grapes

I really wish MFP would put a standard on who is allowed to enter WHAT data in their database.. because it's very confusing when you have something so simple, and yet there are 20 different answers...
Can somoene tell me the Values for Grapes?
MFP #1 - 1 Cup / 104 Calories, 27g Carbs, 1 Fiber, 1 Protein
MFP #2 - 1 cup / 58 Calories, 16g Carbs, 1 Fiber, 1 Protein
MFP #3 - 1 cup/ 110 calories, 29g Carbs, 1 Fiber, 1 Protein
MFP #4 - 1 cup / 62 calories, 16g Carbs, 1 Fiber, 1 Protein
I also googled this and found this site to say Grapes are about 80 percent water, making them a delectable low-calorie snack or dessert; a cup of Concord or Catawba grapes contains only about 60 calories Grapes also add fiber to the diet and are naturally low in sodium.

I would say #3 is the most accurate. Generally I would count 1/2 cup as 50 calories, .5 g of fiber and .5 g of protein. Also, I normally choose the sugar listing that is the highest on fruits.0

My Curves book says a cup of grapes has 114 calories and 28 g of carbs.
Isn't it so frustrating when you're trying to "get it right" and you can't figure out what "right" is supposed to be??:ohwell:0 -
How do you know all your cups are the same size? How do you know it's exactly 114 calroies, and not 115 or 113?
I know the variation in the database is very frustrating, but please bear in mind all the figures are estimates only.0 -
If I'm adding something with a label, I ALWAYS go by what the label says regardless of what's posted on MFP. I check what's already on MFP to see that it's the same as the label and if not, I will add it. For generic things like grapes, I use the web site below to get the nutrition data: http://nutritiondata.self.com/0

yeah, I was a little lost on that one to as I ate about 2 1/2 cups of grapes the night before last and about 2 cups last night. I just went with about 62-75 calories a cup. Not sure if it's even right but it's close enough for me. Fustrating it is!0

Right. They're estimates. It's just frustrating when you realize you've been using the WRONG estimates, that's all.0

I'm from the UK, and we don't generally use 'cup' measurements so I know that 100g is around 60 calories0

I use the FDA nutrition information tables for most things (they list raw fruits, vegetables, and fish):

but if you want to get hard core, the USDA has a nutrient database (enter "grapes" and pick the closest match to what you're eating):

If there is no label, I usually go by the FDA count as well. I do love eating them right from the freezer.0
