Why are there so many different egg bits? What one are you using? I usually have two egg whites and one whole egg for breakfast. Anyone know which one is correct???

I have no idea. I thought that no matter how you cooked them (obviously adding your oil/cooking spray/what have you later) an egg was an egg was an egg. Maybe they're accounting for different sizes???0

I would compare those to the nutrition info on the egg carton that you are actually using, that would probably help to figure out which one you should be using. Good luck!0

I find it so add that an egg could be different if it is cooked without sprays or any extras??? VERY ODD!0
