HI there! Not new to dieting.. just this site. I've tried it all ten fold & even went in for lap-band surgery before getting laid off from my job and losing health coverage. (I was so close!) Anywho.. I've lost over 100+ lbs and gained it all back in some 10 years. (Yeah I know) I already know what works for me: Conscious food choices, maintain healthy stress levels, moderate exercise, daily prayer and determination. I know what doesn't work: Starvation, drugs, high stress and inactivity. It's finding that balance and that 'UMPH' to consistently do what is right that I need to tighten up on. I'm ready.
