Hey guys! Friends asked me to go to dinner tonight at this place called Little Oven. I looked at the menu and can't find anything THAT healthy. I need some help. What would you guys choose off of this menu?--->http://www.thelittleoven.com/DineInMenu.html

I'd pick the pork chops. That's the only thing on the menu that wasn't fried and it comes with a veggie and rice pialf rather than steak fries.0

I would probably get, Chef salad no cheese, only one meat, dressing on the side low fat if they have it, and for main course meatballs with sauce(on the side order menu)
or
Grilled chicken sandwich california style, with grilled onions and peppers, side of pasta.
or
Soup and sandwich combo with turkey or corned beef, any clear broth soup, and house salad dressing on the side rather than fries.0 -
