A friend introduced me to MyFitnessPal and I thought, 'what better way to keep better track of how good/bad the foods are that I eat!' so here I am. I've been using the tool for some weeks and find it keeps me deterimined to eat better and motivates me to exercise to try to lose some weight and get in shape!
