Surprising encouragement when checking in...

I lost a little weight since yesterday, which was great in and of itself, but I got a lot more encouragement when I went to log my exercises. First, I was logging my cardio (running) and scrolled down to past workouts and saw where I've drastically increased my time and speed just out of boredom over the past few months. It wasn't even a goal to improve on that. Next, I was logging pullups and saw the weight from previous logs and thought, wait, that's way too much, I'm not sure I could even lift that. I hadn't even thought to update my weight on the lifts that involve my weight since I started MFP. It's a great feeling to see an old weight out of context and now think, whoa, that's a lot.
