I have a ton of calories left for the day. I still have a run tonight. Is this sight for me? There is no way I can eat that much and not feel like crap. SUggesstions?

I would say trust you body. Eat what you know you need to eat to feel well , good healthy stuff. Then I would say evaluate tomorrow what you are doing earlier in the day. Are you eating enough for breakfast and lunch and snacks. If you are not eating enough you are going to have a hard time having the energy for the workout. I would not stuff yourself just to get in the cals for the day. Good Luck!

I read this great book that had a ton of usefull info. "Thin People Don't Clean Their Plates" by Jill Fleming. Check it out!

I've had the exact same problems . I've had to re- *kitten* my goals and also the way I eat. I eat more often throughout the day...but Smaller meals. It's the only way I can get my calories in. I usually have a problem finishing my calories for the day if I've done extensive workouts. Therefore I just eat some peanut butter for the protein. Or Yogurt for the satisfaction:)

Thanks for all of the tips. I'm eating plenty for the day, I'm sure. I usually have oatmeal, eggs, cereal, yogurt, or waffles for breakfast. I usually eat in our dining hall for lunch, and then i have a great dinner. So, I think I'm eating enough even with all of my workouts. We'll see how it goes. Thanks everyone!

I am having the same problem. I feel like I am eating and drinking water all day long, and I still do not get all the calories that I need. Any ideas on what to do?
