Weight loss question

I am having a hard time meeting my calorie goal, but do meet my proteing goal. Is this ok?:smile::smile:

    You should try to stick within your calorie goal. Is it too low possibly?

    Its okay every now and then, but not daily, you really need to get in all your calories!

    Try an avacado, or two pieces of whole wheat toast, or some fruit to get in those last calories
