I have been struggling to break the 200lb plateau for for about a month now.
I'm hoping the calorie/exercise tracking tool here will help me get over the hump.
My original goal was to hit 185lbs by April 10th. Haven't given up yet but recently have been a little discouraged with my progress.

Welcome, this is a great sight and there is a lot of support. Remember that if you are doing weights you might not see the scale go down like you want. Take measurements instead of looking at the scale everyday. Muscle weighs more than fat.0

Thank you angiezee for he welcome. I know better than to rely too much on the numbers on a scale but it sure does feel good to see those numbers move (hopefully downward). Ultimately its gonna be what I see in the mirror that ultimately tells the story and it appears that I'm still in rough draft0
