Jillian Michaels: 30 Day Shred or Ripped in 30?

I usually do 45 min on the elliptical 3 times a week. I want to incorporate one of those videos into my routine. Which one do you guys suggest? I think Level 1 of 30 Day Shred might be too easy for me. Ripped in 30 seems like it combines the harder moves of 30 Day Shred. What do you think?

30 day shred......try level 3.....evil......0

Ripped in 30 is harder then 30 day shred. Depends on what you are looking for. If level 1 is easy for you try 2 or 3.0

Both are challenging in their own ways. I haven't even tried level 4 of Ripped in 30 yet.. I would pick one and go with it, and then to switch it up do the other.
I find both Level 1's in both workouts a bit easier but by no means easy... and the other ones more challenging.0
