Hello. With the help of myfitnesspal, I've finally reached my goal weight plus a bit more. I feel a tons better these days. I ran a 5k last Saturday (36:00 minutes even) and I actually had a date for the first time in a million years on the same day. Plus, we are going out again next weekend!

I really didn't want to post any pictures, but the people here that have posted them in the past have helped keep me motivated more than they will know. So, I need to pay the favor forward...
