Tri Training Newbie

Hi everyone,
I'm new to this website but not new to weigh tloss struggle. i was on WW 2 years ago and lost roughly 40lbs. Last year I did my first, second and third sprint triathlon. During training I didn't worry much about what the scale said because I was working out like a fiend. Problem is that all that working out (especially swimming) made me ravenous! After tri season I got a bit too sedentary and gained about 7-8 pounds. I am back working out 5x per week with spinning, running and swimming. Loving that this website seems so friendly and it's FREE! Recently unemployed and unwilling to pay to go to WW again. My first week here I lost 1.6 lbs. I'm sure it has to do with logging and measuring everything! Anyway, I'm on board!
