Starving????!

So i've started working out in the mornings, and i've noticed that im more hungry during the day now, then if I didnt work out.........Is this normal?
I know im eating a balanced diet, and such.. soo??

    I've ready that you should have some carbs (complex ones) and a good amount of protein after work outs so maybe try that. Also, be sure that you're eating enough protein generally as I find that when I do this I'm less hungry.

    scope out my food diary and note that all of those cals before lunch were eaten by 10am! I am starving in the morning too, it sucks

    you're burning calories and revving your metabolism, so makes sense you would be more hungry.

    just don't go too far below your cals for each day. if you workout hard, you need to eat the cals to fuel your body.
