Fresh Dinner Idea - Lettuce Wraps

So here's what I did for hubby and he loved it!!!! I don't know what the fat etc is but here it goes

Gound Chicken breast - 1 lb browned with onions, green onions and Cilantro

1 head of lettuce - cutt off bottom and carefully separate them into 4ceafbe24d0a8add08ac6aed499d.jpeg

Looking things

For sides (fillers I added)

Mixed Beans
Sliced Avacado
Sliced Tomatoes
Sliced Orange Pepers
50% fat free mozza cheese


Spoon it all into the lettuce leaf, wrap er up like a boritto and eat! Hubby thought I was trying to starve him when he saw it, but he absolutely loved it ! :) Replace Taco night with this!

    Genius! I've been looking for a way to get around the calorie and carb load of bread and tortillas! My next burrito is going in a giant lettuce leaf.
