Belly fat

Like almost everyone else I am trying to flatten my stomach but I absolutely hate to do sit ups. I do tae bo and jog on the treadmill. I can sometimes tell when I am loosing inches and not necessaryily pounds. anyone got any ideas how to help flatten my belly without doing sit ups or crunches?

    Planks are a good way to strengthen your whole core. You might enjoy something like "Hip Hop Abs" from Team Beach Body. I haven't tried it but I have seen the ads. I am currently doing "Turbo Fire" and I did "Insanity" in the past and they are both from the same company.
  • Start doing pilates. Pilates hurts but works wonders on my body. Youtube has a lot of videos you can use.
