I have lost some weight in the past 2 months since returning to MFP but it has slowed down drastically and I just don't see a change. I guess I just need some positive comments and some reasons to keep going.

Take the spaces out after the brackets. There should be no space between the first bracket and the img (or the backslash in the second one).

It happens to us all at one time or another. And sometimes multiple times for some. I've been on a plateau for over a month, shifting from one weight to gaining the next day to losing the same amount back and forth. I adjusted my calorie intake higher for a couple of days in the week so that my metabolism is confused (so to speak). Metabolism gets immuned to what your eating after 3-4 weeks and therefore doesn't burn as fast as it did earlier. So switch up a lil bit and see if it helps you.. Make sure your eating your calories and not in starvation mode...Good luck...

Janet add me to your friends list, I'll help you in anyway that I can. Motivation, being straightforward with you about things. You can do this, we all can..It's just a matter of finding which way works for you...Good luck...

I think that the 25lbs you have lost is very motivational. I would like to be there soon but I feel like this should be happening faster than it is. I must just be impatient, but if I can put it on so fast why can't it come off as quickly. Busting my butt at the gym and still it stalls every few pounds. I really just needed to hear someone say...hey 15lbs. good job, nice start.....

I really appreciate everyone that commented!
