Does anyone know of any good videos on Netlflix that I can watch instantly? Or any websites with good workout videos? :ohwell:

    There were some Shape workouts on instant netflix that I thought were good.

    I like the crunch boot camp oh and there are some self ones too. I just did a search on Net flicks then watched a few minutes of them to see if i liked them. I love the instant watch :)
