Does anyone have any suggestions for high healthy late night calorie snacks? Im having problems eating my suggested calories I eat breakfast lunch dinner and two snacks. I rarely feel hungry between meals and when I do I eat. I eat between 1050 and 1300 calories a day. When I get time to exercise during the day I eat back my burned calories. However on days like today I don't work out until 9 pm and don't want to eat before going to bed.

Right after a workout, chug a big glass of chocolate milk. Helps your body recover, won't make you feel too full and can pack 200-250 calories pretty easily.

I am having the same problems getting in all my calories. I also eat dinner late and don't want to eat just to get my calories, plus I am not that hungry.
This is only my 2nd day on this site.

If you're working out that late, i'd suggest a glass of milk. Your body can use the protien after the work out, and what woman doesn't need extra calcium? My usual go to for extra calories is almonds, or if the mood strikes me, a glass of wine.

When I did WW several years ago, very succesfully, on the days I had two glasses of milk and counted that, I lost more weight. I'm also a fan of protein shakes.

Thank you all for your feedback! I love milk and Mom chocolate milk will help me kick the candy cravings I've been having lately!
