Tracking Fat Loss

I recently got a job at Lowe's as a loader (if you aren't familiar, we're the ones that lift all those heavy bags into your car all day long and walk miles and miles and miles from the parking lot to the store pushing carts back). So, needless to say, I've been putting on muscle while losing inches (judging by how my pants fit).
So I got a body fat scale off Amazon, and it got here today, and my reading was ~18%. How fast should I reasonably expect to lose fat? 1% a week? 0.5% a week? Can anyone give me a "normal" range?
Thanks guys!

Its pretty low. If you weight train in addition, it will be faster..0
