The Mile.

So I don't run. At all. I ran a little when I was like twelve but that's as far as it ever went. I hate sweating, I hate burning lungs, basically anything about running. If you like running, you're either crazy or lying.
Well at the begining of February I was running/walking a fifteen minute mile. I JUST NOW went to my little treadmill and walked for two minutes, then I ran my heart out to complete a 10 minute mile! For those of you who run a ton you think I'm a slow poke but gosh darnit it was cool! Wow. I still hate running though. But I'm gonna try 8 minute mile next? Is it possible. Maybe.

Take it easy, it's not all about speed, endurance is important too! Of course, if I could run an 8 minute mile pace for an entire 5k, that would kick some hiney!!!!
