Ready, Steady, Go!

Well, here I am. I have never been a healthy weight, or an extremely healthy person (I'm moderately healthy, not a slob). I gained 20lbs since October, and it needs to come back off! I tried to drop the pounds before with P90X and calorie counting, but I fell off that wagon when I got hit with the flu, and just never hopped back on. So, here's another go. So far, I really like the setup of this site. Coupled with Zumba Fitness for Kinect, and some P90X, and a little push and motivation, I can be healthy for the first time in my life. And that is something to work for and look forward to.

  • i'd recommend sticking to what the site says ur supposed to do (daily food goals), and try ur hardest to drink eight cups and exercise a little bit, walking is fine also. i've lost 12 pounds within the last ten days.
  • Oh, and to add, I have been diagnosed with Multiple Sclerosis. So, eating better, being healthier, and losing weight are fairly important. There are certainly things I want to do before I can't, and I would love to prove that it hasn't taken my life away from me.
