I am not hitting my daily colories. I eat regular and it seems like I am eating to much but i still miss the goal. What to do?

Are you hungry? if not, then dont worry about it. there are no hard fast rules that says you have to eat these..unless you are trying to gain weight or muscle. I also have a hard time meeting my calorie goal.but i'm trying to build muscle. Nuts are very high in calories for a small amount, try snacking on those throughout the day.0
