Mood boosters ~ any suggestions?

Hi fitness pals.

I'm a 28 year old girl on week 10 of my life overhaul. Have lost just over 20 pounds with about 120 to go and up until about a week ago I felt really good emotionally and physically. I've been feeling very moody and up and down happy/sad, which is not my personality at all. I've done some searching around online and have seen posts regarding folic acid and B12 as natural spirit lifters. Does anybody have some first hand experience and / or suggestions regarding natural mood boosters during the weight loss rollercoaster
