If calories in are less than calories out I will have to lose weight, right? I have been exercising and watching what I eat since January 1st. The scale hasn't moved yet. I am told that a common mistake made in accounting for your caloric intake is estimating wrong. Well I can see that if this is used correctly it would be hard to make a mathematical mistake. I am committing to this until the Fourth of July, then I will truly be able to say if I have gained my independence. Stay with me on this one. 220 by 7/4/11. Only 52 pounds to go.

I'm glad I"m not the only one..I have come to stand still as well..But I told myself that I have untill the end of july to see if this is working if not well I don't know but I promised myself I would not give up...I started measuring myself and have lost 10 inches all around..but the scale hasn't budged much..Maybe you as well are losing inches and gaining muscle? I dunno but stay strong!!!0
