My Weekly goal 9000 cals a week
Fri: calories burned (317 the shredd) I started out low but the week is NOT over
Sat:calories burned (1089 JM 30S AND BANISH THE FAT)
Sun:calories burned (how they were burned)
Mon: calories burned(how they were burned)
Tues:calories burned(how they were burned)0 -
I want to join in on this coming week one:)
If that's ok:) (just got out of the hospital this past week, looking to start on monday)0 -
So, I'm starting to think I'll actually hit my goal!!.... Or better yet, SURPASS IT!!

Wed: 1213 calories burned (Curves/ Aerobics 'Body Blast' Class)
Thur: 986 calories burned (Curves/ Walking/ Jogging/ Jumping Jacks)
Fri: 70 calories burned (a 15 min. walk not worth mentioning...)
Sat: 1830 calories burned (Curves/Walking/Housework Day!/Shoveling)
Sun: calories burned (how they were burned)
Mon: calories burned(how they were burned)
Tues: calories burned(how they were burned)

Yesterday didn't go as well as I had hoped, due to forces beyond my control... it looks like I have some major 'catch up' to do today!!... 4489 calories to go to make my goal. If I really REALLY try, I'll hit it. Wish me luck, haha!!
