i keep seeing these workouts talked about and don't know which one to try!

ATM I'm doing 30 day shred but looking for a workout with more cardio to do as well...

Can't be too hard as I'm a real beginer to this exercise stuff :( lol

Also needs to be not too expensive and available to buy in the uk (preferably online)

Thank you guys! Xxx

If you are looking for something less expensive, then I think Insanity is ruled out. It does cost a lot, but then again, you get sooo many DVD's with your order it's well worth it. I know a lot of people think Insanity and P90X are expensive compared to 30DS but they fail to realize that if you paid for the 30DS 12 times (which is how many DVDs you get from the other programs) you'd spend waaaay too much and be saving money by getting P90X or Insanity. Sorry for that rant. But, yeah, Insanity is pricey. :flowerforyou:

I've never tried the Biggest Loser workouts, but I have been doing Turbo Jam since 2007 and LOVE it!!! It is a lot more cardio than 30 Day Shred, and the workouts are typically longer. Plus, with TJ you get more than just one DVD so you won't get bored. I think 30DS is a great workout, don't get me wrong, but I can't see doing the same thing everyday. I'd get bored in a week. If you decide on Turbo Jam, look into the "On the Ball" workouts which are great. They have the same great cardio as TJ with added moves using a resistance ball that are awesome.

Oh yeah, forgot to mention to try ebay when looking for the DVDs because often times people have great deals on either new or used ones. That goes for any of the ones you mentioned.
