Hello,

I'm new here after having used a UK based pay website for weight tracking with really good results. I lost 40 kilos over 3 years putting me really close to my goal. (BMI of 26).

I unsubscribed from there recently having given this a try and the worst part was losing all my statistics! It's easy to forget how far you have come without a graph to show you.

Unfort. my BMI is not 26 anymore, having gained 12 kilos which is why I am back tracking my food & exercise! This is due to a combi of not watching my diet (basically eating randomly), taking medication (they dont lie when they say some meds cause huge weight gain), and having been largely immobile due to a car accident/operations. But now - I"M BACK ON TRACK!

I have two kids, boys aged 8 & 10, a partner (who is genetically gifted to lose weight if he just stops eating sweets!), own my own business together with my partner, and try and spend as much time as I can in the gym.

Feel free to get in touch if you fancy it!

Cheers
Ashleigh

Goal: to lose 10 - 15 kilos!

Welcme! Great to that you're back on track!! I find the tracking of the food is the best way to help with the weight loss. So much we eat is "mindless" eating.
I am on the beginning of my weight loss journey but will be glad to help in the motivation department as I know motivation is an important tool!
I have only been here about 3 weeks so I am not sure if we both have to add as friend but I will be adding you!

Remember: FAILURE IS NOT AN OPTION!
