I normally wear a support top underneath a T-shirt top layer at the gym. Last night during body combat class I was so hot that before the super energetic Muy Thai routine I took off the top layer, revealing - gasp - my stomach!
OK so it still has a way to go before it's toned and gorgeous, but I felt confident enough to show it off (and work extra hard on the routine, naturally!)
