Has anyone tried this?
I have never used a weight loss aid, but i am curious to this one. Is it safe? Would you recommend it? Is it one of these pills which will help you loose 10lbs but then gain 20lbs as soon as you stop using it?

Any advice would be helpful

NO, NO, and YES to your questions. It is NOT safe, It has awful side effects, It only works for a little while, and YES you will regain when you stop losing.

Nothing works as well as good old fashioned diet and exercise, I have certainly found that out. Been one to always want the shortcuts, the easy path, the I want to eat and not exercise, and still lose weight person...and NONE of that has taught me what this site has.....HOW to properly eat...HOW to exercise, HOW to feel great while in the process.

Thats what i thought. Was reading a topic posted on here about green tea, and the girl who replied said about green tea tablets (which only contain green tea) so i decided to research those and it said that the phentemine 375 was a better tablet. I hate the taste of green tea which was why I was researching the tablets in the first place. Think i will stick to my rule of no diet pills. This place is a great replacement for diet pills
