Missed Training

I am on a 26 week training program and this week is the 4th week, recovery week. I have been sick with a head and chest cold. Because of the coughing fits I have not followed my training plan for this week at all. So my question is: Do I go to week 5 next week or do week 4? My training is for two triathlons that I am doing on July 31 and Aug 7 and the swim relay of a Tri in Sept. Also a long bike ride in August. Thanks.
