Stuck on pause

My weight seem to have stuck at the same number for the last couple of weeks , has anyone any tips :(

    I hit several plateaus along my weight loss journey and what I found that worked for me was to zigzag my calorie intake. I would actually increase my calories by 200-400 for several days, then lower by 100-200 for several days, then bump back up and then back down before settling back to where MFP suggested I should be. ALSO if you are doing the same exercise routine over and over again, trying shaking that up as well. I know it is hard to even think about increasing your calorie intake when you are trying to lose, but it was what worked for me. With that said, I didn't eat just any calories: I ate fresh vegetables, fresh fruits, lean meats, and dairy. No processed foods. Most importantly, hang in there and don't give up.
