I have to say I love this web site! I just started using it (a friend told me about it). I have been trying to keep track of the food I eat and how much I have been working out and the meals and days started to run together. I am going to be running a 10k for only the second time. The race is not unitl April 1st but I am going to try and beat my time from last year. I am hoping this will help prep me to run a 1/2 marathon and maybe one day a full marathon. I have never been a runner or one to eat good but since January 1st I have lost almost 11lbs and I feel great!! Another 32lbs and i will be at my ideal weight. I have also became a vegetarrian as of January 1st so if anyone has any good and healthy recipes please send them my way!!
