    It's a regular sized pan. My pan is silicone so it prevents sticking and you can just pop muffins out. You may want to spray your pan before hand, it can't hurt.

    Thanks :) I tried them this morning with turkey instead of ham and egg beaters! They were so good and they calories were way lower on 48 for two egg blossoms :)

    I make something very similar, but I use sliced bread as the case, and then add the chopped up ham in with the eggs and vegetables. It gives in a bit more substance and tastes awesome coz the eggs get absorbed into the bread. They are great snack and even my little toddler loves them (who wouldn't!)
