Does anyone know how many calories each of the HHAbs video you burn?

I know it varies upon your age and weight. I guess I need to buy a heart rate monitor that counts calories like people are telling me.

    I have to agree that a HRM would be your best bet. The one I bought is great! Make sure you buy one with a chest strap, as these are the most accurate. The calories you burn is dependent on your weight, fitness level, intensity level, heart rate, age, sex, and etc. I bought the Polar Ft40. I hear great success with the lesser model as well....100-170$...hope this helps:) ....Teash:smile:
