30 Day Shred Question

Hey there! I am trying to incorporate Jillian Michael's 30 day shred at least 3 days a week (along with my cardio, four days a week). I am on level one of the DVD, I was looking for people on here who has had success from the 30 day shred workout. How long did you stay on level one? How many days a week did you do the workout? Did you add any other exercise to you day or week along with the 30 day Shred? And I just add it in as circuit training when I log my exercise. Would that be best? Thanks!
