BLEH! I know the feeling. I just moved from Virginia back to Florida last week and my weight has stayed stable but I FEEL huge! My clothes seem to fit tighter and maybe it's psychological, but geez, the humidity is not helping.0

I'm having this, too. My rings (which have been loose to the point of falling off) are tight. Bleeaaaarrrgh. I'm praying for a storm to break the humidity. I'm miserable. (I really can take the heat, but as soon as it gets humid. . .bloatedy bloat bloat.)0 -
YES - we are suffering here in Northern California with triple digit heat (yesterday was 103) plus all the smoke (which prevents it from cooling off at night) - no respite! This is one of the worst summers ever. Our only saving grace is the pool which we sit in at night...
So, I swim at the crack of dawn because it hits 90 by breakfast time...
What are you guys doing for exercise?
Oh, and no A/C during the week (even though we have central - don't want to pay for it). We've been staying downstairs or in the pool.
Praying for a delta breeze soon!!! :sad:0 -
Keep chugging that ice water to keep you cool and refreshed:drinker: ! If you are feeling a little swollen from water retention make sure you are getting adequate fluids, watch your salt, and cranberry juice, or lemon juice is a natural dieretic! Hang in there0
