30 Day Slim Down...I GOT THIS, do YOU!?!

Hey y'all, I'm Dixie! I started the 30 Day Shred a couple of months ago, then I added Jillian's Banish Fat Boost Metabolism (BFBM) dvd into the mix. I've had pretty good results with these dvds. I recently found Jillian's 30 Day Slimdown routine online, which incorporates The Shred, BFBM, and her No More Trouble Zones (NMTZ) dvd into a month long rotation. I'm picking up the NMTZ dvd today and getting started...anyone care to join? Here is the link to the rotation if anyone is interested. Just follow the link and click download the plan.

Okay, I weighed and measured yesterday afternoon and did the first day of the slimdown which was level 1 of the shred. Here are my measurements!
Height: 6'4"
Waist at smallest point: 31"
Hips at largest point: 42.5"
Thighs at largest point: 25"
I didn't measure my arms because they're already lean. I'm a pear shape and carry most of my weight in the butt and thigh area so that's what I'm worried about. If y'all would like to add arm measurements, please feel free! Good luck over the next 29 days!

I have been doing the 30 day shred, but have been getting extremely bored already. I have all of these videos, so figure it is a great idea. I would really love to lose 15-20 before Easter, so this is perfect timing.(40 some days away) I will get my measurements up later today, and as I have been doing the shred, I will be able to start on Day 3 of the 30 day slim down and be in sync with you if you started Wed.

Welcome, so glad you could join us! I'm actually in another group that's also weighing in on Wednesday called 5-15lbs by Easter. I hear ya! I couldn't find my measuring tape Wednesday so I used ribbon and then measured the ribbon with my husbands measuring tape (you know the stiff ones used in construction) lol!!!0 -
Did the NMTZ and wow it really kicks the 30 day shred out of the water for me. I will be feeling this one tomorrow!0

Its gonna take me a few days to get my NMTZ and BFBM. Right now I have 30 day shred and Ripped in 30. Once I get my others I'll do the 30 day slim....so I may start a little later than everyone!0

I'd love to do the 30 Day Slim Down, i have the 30DS already which I have got up to L2 on but I think i'm getting bored of doing the same routine everyday, finding it hard to motivate myself.
I printed the routine off the other day but am waiting for my new HRM to arrive (hopefully within the next couple of days) and my pay day so I can get the other 2 DVD's (which is Thursday!) I'm then TOTALLY up for it.
I have a hen do in April that i'd love to slim down a bit more for so should just about make it. I'll take some measurements tonight and will post those tomorrow.0 -

I agree I was thinking wow NMTZ is just insane compared to 30 day shred! I decided since I was done with 30 day shred I would somehow incorporate ripped in 30 in with the 30 day slimdown instead :happy:
Today is BFBM day...this will be the first time...I hope I get through ok!0 -
