I've been using this for 6 days now. I really like the way it helps you keep track of everything you do. I've lost 1.5 lbs so far. I'm debating on using the Facebook sharing option, since I have friends that think I'm crazy that I think I need to lose weight. My clothes are a sure sign that I do.. LOL :blushing:

Hey welcome!
I have one person I have friended, that uses facebook and I friended her there too. I prefer to keep my weight loss journey to the comfort of supportive friends here, but each person is different and if it helps you be accountible well, its good for you then. I ahve been here since December and I love this site. I hope you find it as amazing and supportive as I do. Good luck!0 -
My FB folks don't need to see this! Plus, they all hid everyone when the Nike Plus thing came out last summer. They were tired of hearing about running reports.
